Panasonic Lumix F7 REVIEW

Packing a 10.1 mega pixel punch, the Panasonic Lumix FS7 is a genius digital camera that comes equipped with numerous functions. First and foremost is the F2.8 Leica DC Vario-Elmarit lens which comes with a 4x optical zoom. The iA mode of the camera comes with the following four capabilities: Mega O.I.S., Scene Selection and Face Detection, and an Intelligent ISO Control. The Lumix FS7 also allows you to instantly jump to any setting with an iA button that is set on the top of the camera. This makes it a very simple to use and to operate the camera that doesn’t force you to sort through a menu to reach the settings you desire.

The LCD screen on the camera features brilliant and crisp colouring that correct colour levels and shows you exactly what you can expect to gain in a photograph. The LCD screen and camera will also immediately adjust the brightness levels based on the lighting in which you are shooting in. It will additionally decrease or increase the light levels on the display itself in order to save you on battery power when using the camera in a bright setting like sunlight.

When viewing photos on the LCD screen you can easily choose those you wish to print and those you wish to discard. Additionally, it features unique functions that allow you to carry out artistic measures such as adding borders to your photos with the click of a button. This is a great way to make instant postcards or greeting cards for printing.

The video recording feature included with the Lumix FS7 allows you to record in the following dimensions: 848 x 480. It records at 30 frames a second and also converts in 16:9 wide screen format. You can also format the video in VGA with an output of 640 x 480.

When it comes to aesthetics the Lumix FS7 comes with a slick design and beautiful curves that make the outside of the camera very appealing to onlookers. The designers also kept durability in mind. The camera is designed to undergo multiple use and to endure general damage.

The greatest thing about the Panasonic Lumix is the fact that it is so easy to use. You don’t need to spend hours reading through an instruction manual attempting to learn the ins and outs of the camera. With a few minutes of playing around with the camera you will be able to quickly begin using the camera with very little effort.

When it comes to cons in regards to the FS7, the only complaint expressed by consumers is that the camera does not operate so well with moving objects and that some photos appear blurry. However, by properly adjusting the settings of the camera you can correct the majority of these motion based blur issues with very little effort.

Quality can be yours for a low cost with the Panasonic Lumix FS7. Brilliant pictures and an easy to operate interface are what the FS7 is all about.
